When I do not have enough time for cooking or I am not in the mood for it, the meat strips are always the perfect solution!
Any way you season them, they are always tender because of the use of flour: they are put in the flour first, browned and then cooked with something liquid….always delicious!
Yesterday evening, for example, I did not even know what to prepare for dinner; then I saw two slices of meat in my fridge: so I decide to prepare lemon and pistachios beef strips, fresh, scented and tasty plus the crunchy note of pistachios.
Pistachios are a nutritionally dense food. In a 100 gramme serving, pistachios provide 562 calories and are a rich source of protein, dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins and also calcium. Lots of reason more to use them in our kitchen!
The lemon and pistachios beef strips came out better than I expected: the only problem was that they were not enough!
